What We Collect
When you join the VIPMate waitlist, we collect your email address, whether you are joining as a Host or Talent, your Australian state, an IP hash, your user agent, and the source URL of the signup.
How We Use It
We use this information to manage the Sydney launch waitlist, send launch communications, fulfil founding perks promised at signup, segment early access, and operate the waitlist safely.
Retention
We keep waitlist data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Who We Share It With
We share waitlist data only with the providers needed to operate the service: Postmark for transactional email delivery and Vercel for landing-page hosting. We do not share it with advertising partners, data brokers, or marketing networks.
Deletion Requests
To request deletion of your waitlist data, email support@vipmate.app.
