How talent earn a place

  1. 1

    Create your account

Phone number and a code. Thirty seconds.

  2. 2

    Verify your ID

About two minutes with Stripe. VIPMate never stores your documents.

  3. 3

    Connect payouts

A few minutes with Stripe, so you're paid after every booking.

  4. 4

Add your voice intro and video

A short hello and a fifteen-second clip from your phone, so hosts hear and see you before they book.

  5. 5

    Submit your profile

Photos, the roles you work, a few lines about you. With the steps above done, this reserves your place.

Our team reviews every profile, usually within 24 hours. Approval confirms your place. If we ask for changes, your place is held for 72 hours while you make them.

  2. 2

    Verify your ID

Hosts verify their ID before they can book anyone. About two minutes with Stripe.

  3. 3

Founding member terms

  • Founding places are limited to 75 talent and 25 hosts. A talent place is reserved when the profile is submitted with ID verified, payouts connected and a voice intro and intro video on the profile, and confirmed when the profile is approved. A host place is confirmed when ID is verified and a card is saved.
  • Places are numbered in the order they are reserved. If VIPMate asks for profile changes, the place is held for 72 hours from that request; if the profile is not resubmitted in that time, the place is released. Once a place is released or the circle is full, new members join VIPMate as standard members.
  • No new places can be reserved after 11:59pm on 30 November 2026 (Sydney time).
  • Founding talent receive featured placement in talent search until 28 February 2027, are notified of newly listed events first (any approved talent may apply to any event at any time), have their profile reviewed first, and keep a permanent founding badge.
  • Founding hosts can book founding talent for December nights as soon as their place is confirmed, keep a permanent founding badge, and have VIPMate’s booking fee waived on their first talent booking that is charged. A booking that is declined, cancelled before payment or refunded does not use the waiver.
  • Founding benefits are personal to the account, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and sit alongside VIPMate’s Terms. VIPMate may remove founding status from an account that breaches the Terms. If the launch date changes, founding members are told first.
